Coach from the data they already log.

Your clients track in PixlFIT. You see it — every session, every machine, every set — the moment they finish. No screenshots, no shared spreadsheet, no asking how last week went.

Clients keep their app Nothing to re-enter Works with in-person and online Client owns their data
The problem

Most coaching software makes someone do the work twice.

Either your client logs in your platform and hates it, or they log where they like and you spend Sunday night piecing it together from screenshots.

How it usually goes

  • Client logs in an app they didn't choose, badly or not at all
  • You find out someone stopped training a fortnight late
  • Plans arrive as a PDF nobody opens at the rack
  • "Lat pulldown 70kg" — on which machine, at which grip?
  • Check-ins live in DMs, photos in a camera roll, numbers in a spreadsheet

How it goes here

  • They keep training in the app they already use
  • A client going quiet raises a flag the same week
  • Plans land in their app as routines, ready to start
  • Every set carries its machine, brand and grip
  • Messages, photos and numbers sit on one screen
The platform

Everything you need between sessions.

Built around the same tags, plans and prep data your clients already have — so nothing needs translating.

One roster, flagged first

Everyone in one table with their last fortnight, adherence and volume trend. Whoever needs you most sits at the top.

Build and push plans

Days, exercises, set counts, warm-ups, drop sets and supersets — pushed straight into their app as routines they can start.

Messaging that ages

Reply while looking at the session they're asking about. Anyone waiting on you rises to the top with how long it's been — nobody gets quietly forgotten.

Week at a glance

Sessions logged per day across your whole book. A flat Monday is a programming problem — and it's invisible on any one client's page.

Progress per machine

Every tag combination keeps its own line — so a Hammer Strength pulldown never gets averaged with the Cybex.

Prep, weight and photos

Weight trend against a target date, progress photos pose by pose, and side-by-side comparisons you can export.

Dates that mean something

Shows, check-ins, deloads, photoshoots — recurring or one-off, in your own colours, across the whole book.

Flags

The platform watches, so you don't have to remember.

Nothing is stored on a client's record — every flag is worked out from their log against thresholds you set, so you can tune what "off track" means for your coaching and see the reasoning behind any flag.

And it knows the difference between a client who stopped training and one whose phone hasn't been on wifi. PixlFIT is local-first, so a quiet week can mean either — we tell you which, and hold back the adherence and volume flags until the data's actually arrived. A flag you can't trust is worse than no flag.

Same language

Your tags. Their tags. One vocabulary.

PixlFIT organises training with tag groups, and the coach platform uses exactly the same ones. Prescribe a Hammer Strength pulldown on a wide grip and that's what appears in their logger — not a line of text they have to interpret.

Type Brand Variation Muscle Session

Coaches get Pro on every linked client, so you can add your own groups — Grip, Tempo, RPE, whichever gym they're in.

✎ 8–10 reps, 2 in reserve

A plan sets the work, not the numbers — your client fills in weight and reps as they lift, exactly as they would building it themselves.

Your client's data stays their client's data

A coach link is granted by the client and can be pulled by the client. It shares their training, not their phone: you see what they log and the routines they build, and they keep everything they had before you arrived — including the app itself if they ever stop working with you.

Where it's at

Honest status.

PixlFIT Coach isn't live yet. Here's what's actually built, what's next, and what's still an idea.

Built

The full coach interface, on sample data

Roster, week-at-a-glance, flag rules, plan builder, tag library, ageing inbox, prep comparison and share-card export — all working end to end in the prototype you can click through today. The sample clients are the cast of Still Game, because a demo full of "Client 14" tells you nothing.

Later

Billing, multi-coach teams, posing tools

Taking payment through the platform, more than one coach on a book, and proper support for posing practice rather than pretending it's a workout.
