On any paid plan your clients get PixlFIT Pro at no cost — unlimited custom tags, full history, the lot. If they stop being coached they go back to the free app, and nothing they logged is lost. They can buy Pro outright at any time to keep it whatever happens.

The things worth asking before you pay

What counts as a client?
Someone with an active link to you, plus anyone you've invited who hasn't answered yet. Unlink someone and the space frees up straight away.
Can I move down a plan later?
Whenever you like, as long as you're inside the smaller plan's limit. On 20 clients and moving to Coach? Unlink ten first, and the choice of which is yours — we won't cut anyone off on your behalf.
Do my clients have to pay?
Never. Coaching is free for them, and on a paid plan they get Pro as well.
What if a payment fails?
You get two weeks at full strength while you sort it out. After that the account goes read-only — everything still visible, but no messaging, assigning or inviting — until it's settled. We never unlink your clients, and nothing is deleted: the training log is theirs and always was.
Can I see a client's photos?
Only if they choose to share them, on a paid plan. They can turn it off, or share a single check-in, and take it back whenever they like.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans stop when you stop. Annual saves you two months.

Prices in GBP and include VAT where it applies. Coach plans are billed here, not through the App Store.
