Coach access

Let's get you set up

Coach accounts are switched on by hand — so nobody can give themselves access to someone else's training data. It takes two minutes at your end.

Tell us about your coaching

Enough that we know you're a real coach. Nothing more than that.

The name you signed in with, if that's different.

Haven't signed in yet? Do step 1 first — we can't switch on an account that doesn't exist.

Tick this and we'll find you by name instead — Apple gives us a relay address you've never seen, so searching for your real one turns up nothing.

Only if you already use the PixlFIT app on your phone — usernames are set there. It's the surest way for us to find you.

A profile, a site, a gym — anything that shows you coach people for real.

Not binding — you pick and pay inside the app.

Your email app should have opened

We can't send it for you — the message is sitting in your own mail app with everything filled in, so all that's left is to hit send. On webmail, copy the details across instead.

Nothing here is sent anywhere on its own. The form builds an email in your own mail app and that's it — no form service, no tracking, nothing stored on our side until you press send.

How it works

Three steps, one of them ours.

  1. Sign in to create your account Use Apple or Google. This makes an ordinary PixlFIT account — it won't look like much yet, and that's expected. Sign in
  2. Send us this form Use the same email you just signed in with, so we can match the request to the account.
  3. We switch coaching on We'll email you as soon as it's on — usually the same day. Sign in again and your roster is there, ready for your first five clients.

Why it isn't instant

A coach account can send someone an invitation to be coached — which puts a notification on a real person's phone. We'd rather that came from someone we've actually looked at.

It's worth saying what coach access doesn't do: it never reveals anyone's training data. A client has to accept your invitation before you can see a single thing, and they can end it whenever they like.

Want a look first? The prototype is the real interface running on a roster of invented clients. It's code-only so we know who's looking — tick the box on the form and we'll send you one.
